New technology applied in brick production

Accordingly, the newly made brick will be delivered to the heater instead of being outdoor exposed as previous. The heat is used from the adjacent kiln.

The new chain was supplied with highly automatic equipment. The whole production is closed process from material input, mixing, transporting into and out the kiln. Besides, two robots are used to load the brick into the trolley, replacing the labor.

To date, the production chain has been put in operation with a high rate of good finish product up to 99 percent.
