Therefore, if the program is implemented smoothly, effectively will contribute significantly to the city implementing the plan to start the business up to 2020 under Resolution 35 of the Government.

The projects focus on the following issues: support to start a business, support for consultancy on rapid appraisal of cleaner production, pilot application of cleaner production, support for application of machinery and equipment for one Number of industrial-small-scale industrial establishments and organizations selected for the typical rural industrial products of the city.
