Some typical demonstration models are supported by industrial extension funds

 

In 2011, Him Lam Moc Dung Joint Stock Company was supported to build a model demonstration technique production joinery bar in Nhan Hoa (Que Vo) with the national funding of 250 million. At present, the model works well, achieving the goal of producing 3,500 m3 of barn wood products per year, serving the units producing furniture; at the same time, saving raw materials and fuel, minimizing the export of raw materials, meeting the demand for using high quality wooden furniture, interior decoration and consumer products with high aesthetic value proposed earlier, bring economic benefits to the production base and contribute to the social-economic development of the province.

 

By 2015, the Center will provide 350 million VND to Dai Thuy trading and manufacturing company in Khac Niem ward (Bac Ninh city) to set up a technical demonstration model for rolling shutters and folding doors. After being supported, the model works well, helping the company improve product quality, save costs and create jobs for 200 employees. 

 

In 2016, the Center co-ordinated with Vietnam Precision Machinery, Service and Trading Company Limited to introduce a model demonstration technique production of cars and motorbikes in multi-profession CCN. The model of automobile and motorcycle molds is supported with VND 350 million from the national industrial extension fund. The goal is to produce 105 tons of finished products every year to serve the auto and motorcycle industries with good quality, reasonable price, meeting the market demand. The model puts into operation has helped the company get about 40 billion per year revenue and create jobs for more than 120 workers.

 

In July, Bac Ninh Industry Encouragement and Industry Development Center and Chau Thai Son Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd (Que Vo Industrial Zone Open) jointly organized a demonstration workshop export high quality carton packaging. This model has been supported by public support center up to 500 million. The objective of the project is to produce 9,600 tons of high quality carton packaging in 2017 for electronics, food, pharmaceuticals and home appliances with high quality and stability to meet market demand bare. The project will help Chau Thai Son printing and packaging company get the expected revenue of 288 billion VND per year and create jobs for more than 200 employees.

 

In addition to the demonstration models of new production techniques, many companies and individual households are also supported by the Center for Industry Promotion and the Provincial Technical Advisor to support the transfer of advanced production technology from VND 100 - 150 million dong / project. This funding source creates practical motivation for enterprises and rural industrial production establishments to boldly apply new technologies to improve their production capacity and competitiveness in the market.

 

Most of the demonstration models, when researched and funded with public incentives, are successful and have the expected economic benefits. However, in order to maximize the use of public funding, the organization, modeling and implementation must be planned, directed, coordinated and coordinated, assign specific tasks between the center and the coordinating unit (the investor); at the same time, regular inspection and supervision during and after the implementation process, timely overcome difficulties, learn from experience, expand production, replication.
