The agricultural product and food processing industry consists of two phases: The first phase is the preprocessing stage; the second stage is the industrial processing stage. The implementation of cleaner production at each stage brings about the efficiency of saving raw materials and fuel respectively.

In one day, trainees were studied 2 topics: "Raising the export capacity of rice, agricultural products and processed foods"; "The benefits of applying cleaner production to rice, agricultural and food processing plants."

The preprocessing stage is carried out immediately after planning, including: seasoning, drying, selection, storage,... The work of this stage is outside the processing factory, mainly using manual labor with specialized storage and transport facilities, but it determines the extent of post-harvest losses and the quality of the raw materials into processing. This is an important stage that has the meaning of determining the product rank at a later stage. The second stage takes place in processing factories employing technical workers along with the necessary machinery and equipment. This is a critical stage in the quality of processed products and the level of value added.
