Improvement of production capacity and technological innovation at Eurowindow

The company has invested in the system of new production lines with more than 25 billion VND, including wood grain aluminum coating line, CNC center, temper glass furnace of Finland and many machines and equipment. With the system of new production lines, Eurowindow expected to increase their capacity of plastic products from 347,000 m2/year to 736,224 m2/year; Capacity of aluminum products from 356,500 m2/year to 766,512 m2/year.

In addition to devices and equipment systems imported from Europe, including large glass cutter, grinder parallel edges, drilling machine, CNC machines, flat glass furnace systems, production lines of laminated glass and glass box, equipment for testing and removing of errors glass after toughening, Eurowindow continues investing flat glass furnace system with most modern technology being imported directly from Europe which is capable to produce large glass with maximum size 2700 x 5000 mm.

Through this line, Eurowindow can produce tempered glass and semi-tempered glass from hard coated, soft coated glass, reflective glass, glass with thickness from 4mm to 19mm and increased the capacity up to 1,248,000 m2/year. So far, Eurowindow was the only facility in Vietnam can produce Super Soft Coating Low-e (e = 0.04, ultrathin metalic coated glass with ability of against hot, keeping the heat,) saving money electricity charges for keeping warm in winter and cool in summer).

In addition, wood grain aluminum coating line of Eurowindow help to create products with surface layer of aluminum doors painted wood grain texture delicate, feeling when touched with natural wood grain ripple as suitable for those large projects such as villas, penthouse. Products are manufactured on modern technological lines today ensures reliability retain over 30 years.

In the coming time, the orientation of the Eurowindow joint stock company is expand operations to countries in Southeast Asia. The investment in upgrading equipment, modern machinery, production capacity will create a strong momentum for Eurowindow, helping the company to expand the brand image, enhance customer satisfaction.
