Over the years, Van Dien Phosphate JSC always focuses on the fertilizer quality, environmentally friendly and non-harmful to the soil, such as phosphate and NPK granules, none-crushing, overcome many shortcomings of the previous product. Many products of Van Dien Phosphate JSC are exported to major markets such as Japan, Australia, France, Malaysia.

Eng. Hoang Van Tai, The General Director of Van Den Phosphate Joint Stock Company said that the board of director always encourage the employees to take the initiative and creativity in productive labor, especially for the new technical improvements and technology. Until now, Van Dien Phosphate JSC had 6 patents and utility solutions which were recognized by the government. In particular, Eng. Hoang Van Tai has been awarded two diplomas of the contest "Hanoi's Innovation and Creativity" in 2016 for two teams. The first theme was: "Research of technology and equipments to produce "Soluble Phosphate" which meets the market's requirements and reduces product cost". The second theme was: "Research of technological improvements and equipment used pressed husks instead of anthracite coal in the drying workshop which helps reduce product's cost and reduce greenhouse gas emissions".

Previously, the company must remove 30-35% of the fine ore during production. Currently, the Company has applied the technology recovery and reuse the whole fine ore. This new technology helps reduce the amount of solid waste discharged into the environment and reduce the input material's cost.

On the issue of sewage treatment, the Company has applied the scientific and technical progress to take over 95% of production wastewater, which has been processed, back to the technological line. This not only helps reduce the amount of water discharged into the environment, but also bring economic benefits to the enterprise.

The company has improved and introducing a phosphate production system in the frame phase 2 and 3 with an output of about 24-40 tons per shift depending on the quantity of phosphate products on the production line. Those flexible changes arms to meet the demand of the market products and reduce production costs. Mr. Hoang Van Tai has been studying improvements miniature combustion chamber volume, improving air hose directly to the combustion chamber, improving slag recovery chamber for maximum heat recovery, helping companies in reducing costs and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The company has renovated the blast furnace to increase capacity to 10 times higher than the original capacity, reducing over 60% of fuel and power consumption.

Thanks to technological innovations, Van Dien Phosphate JSC has built their reputation in the domestic. That is contributing to build an green industry - agriculture, a green technological line, environmentally friendly production without solid waste discharge, toxic gases and liquids into the environment.
