Phu Yen Tunnel Plant: Making the environmentally friendly semi-plastic brick

According to the technology of producing semi-plastic process, the hilly land is separated and moved straight to the top of the mill. In the semi-plastic brick production process, the solid waste such as bricks and ash after the oven kiln will be crushed and reused by putting them back to the line as materials for the new process. Besides, the plant also built a modern air suction system to reduce the noise and dust in the production process. All of this is aimed at ensuring that all production activities of the plant do not cause adverse impacts to the surrounding environment, the maximum emission reduction of waste, while reducing costs for fuel and raw material and reduce product cost.

The evaluation results of the semi-plastic brick qualities is done by the Vietnam Institute For Building Materials, Ministry of Construction shows that products the semi-plastic brick of Phu Yen tunnel brick plant has a compressive strength achieved 35,6MPa. High-quality brick than tiles manufactured according to conventional technology.

In addition to the advantages of environmentally friendly and high quality, the production process of semi-plastic brick technology has a high automation level. The production line is a mechanized average of 40% reduces the labor for the production process.

After more than 6 months in operation, the technology of semi-plastic brick production process of Phu Yen Tuynel brick plant has confirmed its reputation. The quality standars of semi-lastic brick products were very good and brought very high economic value and social value. The semi-plastic bricks has also contributed to the reducing environmental pollution and limiting the use of traditional brick production process which polluted the environment and waste of materials and labor.
