At the seminar, Japanese businesses have been Vietnam Consulate General in Osaka to provide the most updated information on the status of economic development, and preferential policies for foreign investment enterprise, strategies and plans for industrial development of Vietnam as industrial development strategy to 2025 and vision 2035; The master plan for development of the industry Vietnam to 2020, vision to 2030; and planning for industrial development orientation of Vietnam auxiliary.
The Consulate General also highlighted the opportunities for investment and business in Vietnam for Japanese businesses in various fields as well as in the field of supporting industries.
Pham Sy Loi, head of the delegation of investment and promotion of Henan Province, introduced the investment environment and investment incentives in Henan Province as well as the province's industrial parks for businesses supporting industry and Japanese businesses.
He affirmed the commitment of Henan Province to create all favorable conditions for foreign investment enterprises and Japanese enterprises in policy, infrastructure, provide skilled manpower and quality living environment measure.
For his part, Mr. Tsugio Takemura, consultants JETRO, shared the positive assessment for the improvement of the business environment, investment in Vietnam as well as the determination of local governments and Vietnam South cooperation to expand and attract Japanese investment.
Daikin Group representative and Fuji Group, is investing in Vietnam, were assessed as supporting industry-rich areas of cooperation between Vietnam and the potential of Japan.
Enterprises also share an assessment of potential investment opportunities and business in Vietnam, especially in the context of formation of the ASEAN Economic Community and Vietnam join the regional trade agreements such as Agreement on the trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the comprehensive economic Partnership region (RCEP).
Businesses also welcomed efforts by the Government of Vietnam to amend and supplement the laws and regulations in order to create the business environment investment, trade facilitation and increasing transparency for foreign investors general and Japan in particular.
Businesses also expressed his desire to the Government of Vietnam to continue to create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses such as investment licensing procedures, establish enterprises, tax and customs, etc.
