Specific objectives of the province until 2020 as follows:

- 50% of the industrial production base cleaner production application; industrial production facilities cleaner production application saves 8-13% of energy consumption, raw materials, fuel and materials per unit product and 50% of industrial production base with specialized parts cleaner.

- 100% specialized staff cleaner production levels and sectors in the province to be trained, trained and qualified guides, advice, support cleaner production application for the industrial production base.

- Develop organizational system of state management apparatus of the provincial to the district, the city in order to coordinate implementation of effective content and tasks of the Plan.
