Ninh Binh promulgated the Plan on cleaner production for the period of 2016-2020

Specific objectives of the 2020 plan are as follows:

- 95% of industrial production facilities in the province are aware of the benefits of the application of cleaner production in industry

- 35% of industrial production facilities in the province CP application, save between 8-13% of energy consumption, raw materials, fuel and materials per unit of product

- 100% of DPC and cities have specialized staff capable of guiding the application of cleaner production for industrial production facilities

The tasks of the action plan up to 2020 is as follows:

Task group 1: Raise awareness and capability CP application in industry

- To propagate, educate and raise awareness on cleaner

- Training to raise awareness of the benefits of CP

Task group 2: Technical assistance on the application of cleaner production in the industrial production base

- Technical assistance to build the experimental application of CP

- Support replication of CP application

Group tasks 3: Completing the network of organizations supporting cleaner production in industry

- Establishment of performance parts for industrial cleaner

- Create a network of consultants from the Department of Trade SCSH down to the rooms of Industry and Trade, Economic Division of districts and cities

Group tasks 4: Construction and operation of databases on Cleaner Production in Industry

Group Mission 5: Improving the mechanisms and policies to promote the application of cleaner production in industry

Source Funding Plan implementation is guaranteed from the following sources: the central budget; local budgets; aid funds and donations from organizations and individuals at home and abroad; funding of the industrial production base is set aside for applying cleaner production in industry and technological innovation in their units.

Department of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Information and Communications and the departments concerned to organize implementation of the contents of this Plan.
