The objective of the scheme is (1) Assessment of the environmental pollution and the situation applying cleaner production in the wood processing enterprises in the province of Binh Phuoc; research and evaluation of the waste stream, determine the cause and recommend measures to control environmental pollution and identify opportunities to apply cleaner production, (2) Developing strategies for environmental protection and production cleaner production in the wood processing industry in the period 2015 - 2020 and vision to 2030.

Plans to implement cleaner production program in enterprises in the period to 2020 as follows: Organize training on cleaner production for wood processing enterprise, helping businesses realize the importance, benefits CP program's practical for your business. Department of Industry and Trade hosted a number of projects implemented demonstration model for other businesses performed.

Detailed plans of the project, from the year 2015-2017 will organize training and awareness training on cleaner production and tours for 100% of large and medium enterprises; while implementing and supporting cleaner production for several timber industry enterprises as demonstration projects some simple solutions such as housekeeping, process control, improve equipment ... Stage 2018 -2020, 100% directed to micro and small enterprises are training in cleaner production, 90% of large and medium enterprises department responsible for cleaner production, 90% of large and medium enterprises to apply cleaner production and can result in saving water, energy, materials - fuel. By 2030, 90% of enterprises improve equipment and benefits, 100% micro and small businesses applying cleaner production and bring the results to save water, energy and materials - fuel.

Binh Phuoc Department of Commerce will be the host institution for guidance on application of cleaner production technologies in wood processing enterprises. Chaired inspection and examination in the field of cleaner production in accordance with the provisions of the Government and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, is responsible for preparing the program plan to implement cleaner production in enterprises as scheduled and PPC content has been approved .. in addition, the Department of Industry and Trade will coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and environment to perform the state management of environmental protection in the areas of trade, implementation of propagation and dissemination, awareness-raising legislation on environmental protection and cleaner production in the wood processing industry.
