Viet Vuong JSC., specializes in producing hot galvanised steel frames for electricity sector; and water basin up to the demand of domestic and industrial customers.

The production process at place is quite morden. Steel frame goes to mechanic workshop to cut, processed, bore, grind based on technical drawings and requirements by mechanic machines. After finishing mechanic processes, this semi-product’s quality is controlled before plating to eliminate unsatisfied products. Semi-product is plated by hot zinc dipping technology or zinc electrolysis technology

Main effluents of the company are air emissions, wastewater and solid wastes. Everyday on average, the Company discharges 30-40 m3/day, polluted with surface treatment chemicals, primarily treated but not completely. Total solid wastes are 18 tons/year, including dddments from steel frame processing, zinc waste, zinc slag, chemicals sacks etc. Additionally, the most urgent issue at place is the impact of exhaust gases on labour environment.
