The application of cleaner production strategies in industry plays an important role in sustainable industrial development in our country. Strategies towards cleaner production are widely applied in industrial facilities to improve the efficiency of the use of natural resources, raw materials, fuels and materials; reduce emissions and limit pollution levels; protect and improve the quality of the environment, human health and ensure sustainable development.
Implementation of the Cleaner Production Strategy in Industry until 2020, to improve the capacity of consultants, support to implement cleaner production at the Department of Industry and Trade, Center for Industry Promotion / Group / Corporation / Association and consultants in guiding the application of cleaner production in industrial production facilities, Ministry of Industry and Trade held 2 training courses Training on "Improving Practices for Cleaner Production Assessment" in 2017.
The training program is designed to provide an in-depth knowledge, techniques and practical skills to accelerate cleaner production at the enterprise.
In 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade organized two training courses on "Improving Practices for Cleaner Production Assessment".
Course 1 was held in Da Nang (1st session) and Quang Nam (2nd session)
Course 2 was held in Ha Noi (1st session) and Quang Ninh (2nd session)
The workshop was a good opportunity to help enterprises fully aware about the solution of cleaner production, make conditional to exchange with the experts in this field and evaluation practice cleaner production in their own manufacture factory.
The first training session consisted of three days of study: two days of theory of cleaner production assessment skills and one day of fieldwork to guide the trainee skills in gathering information in the enterprise.
Session 2 includes the 2-day training course: Trainees will present a cleaner production assessment report to a local manufacturing company. At the same time, the trainees exchanged knowledge and shared their experiences on business access skills, assessed their potential for cleaner production and persuaded enterprises to implement cleaner production solutions.
The main trainers included: Ms. Tăng Thi Hong Loan, Cleaner production expert, Director of EPRO Consulting JSC and Ms. Nguyen Thi Truyen, Cleaner production expert, Lecturer of University of Natural Resources and Environment Ho Chi Minh city. Both trainers are experienced experts in the field of consultancy and have a lot of practical knowledge for applying cleaner production for enterprise.
