One of the typical products of the Ton Phuong Nam Company is the galvanized steel sheet - SSSC Ton Viet Nhat, which is highly resistant to corrosion in natural conditions, is considered to be environmentally friendly. This product is produced in continuous hot dip galvanized line with advanced NOF technology; this technology makes zinc pliable, more even on the corrugated surface and gives a higher degree of flatness. The finished products are preheated at the preheating furnace by the hot exhaust gas of the NOF furnace and then burned off grease and fouling at the main combustion section of the NOF furnace, which makes use of the waste fuel and reduces the environmental pollution bare. Heating is controlled by automatic processing software, which increases production efficiency.
NOF technology is one of the two leading modern production lines of Phuong Nam Steel Company in Bien Hoa Industrial Zone I (Dong Nai). The NOF-coated zinc alloy line with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year, along with the rolling line (70,000 tons / year), has shown its superiority in production and quality improvement. In 2015, when the plant starts operating with two new lines, its capacity is up to 230,000 tons per year; Especially in the Nhon Trach II Industrial Zone, Phuong Nam's output has been raised nearly three times compared to before. Thanks to these two lines, grade I galvanized steel products in 2016 will reach an average of 99% of the total output (98.4% in 2015), and 93.66% in color galvanized steel (92.67% in 2015). For galvanized sheet steel products, the company is capable of producing galvanized iron sheets in the form of 0.6 - 1.6mm coils of the same quality as those imported from Japan. In the year 2017, Phuong Nam Corporation continues to invest in a third factory in Nhon Trach 2 - Nhon Phu Industrial Zone, a high quality galvanized steel sheet production line with a capacity of 150,000 tons / year with thickness up to 2.5mm.
