In the first months of 2016, the industrial production in Hau Giang province has changed positively with the increase in production of a variety of products, product quality and productivity, competitiveness of enterprises in the province thanks to the technology innovation.
Statistics from the Department of Industry and Trade of Hau Giang province, the industrial production value of the province in June reached 1892 billion VND, increasing 11.41% over the same period of the last year. Only in June 2016, the production of frozen seafood reached 3,664 tonnes, increasing 9.5% over the same period; Rice millers reached 135.68 thousand tonnes, increasing 48.14% over the same period of the last year; etc.
Achieved those results thanks to the technology innovation of processing enterprises to improve product quality and productivity. The province prioritizes to promote development of agricultural and fisheries processing sectors which have competitive advantages and potential for exporting, use local raw materials and provide a lot of jobs for the society.
On July 14, 2016, Hau Giang province organized the workshop "Support and promote high-tech application and innovation for enterprises in value chain". The workshop with presentations on improving efficiency of value chain of rice production in large field model. Technology map and roadmap for technological innovation in breeding and rice production in Vietnam. Especially, recommend advanced technology solutions for a number of fruit trees of Vietnam in the context of integration; link models for sustainable development in the application, technological innovation to develop the fishery value chain; introduce a number of technologies which have been deployed to ready apply and transfer technology to the Mekong Delta.
Since 2009, Minh Phu has focused on technology innovation, application of advanced technology solutions to improve production efficiency and make a difference in value-added items such as shrimp or shrimp senior noodle.
In 2015, Minh Phu Seafood production continued expanding, not only focused on renewing the technology of the production line, but also focuses on upgrading the entire power system for the production base, starting with the 3-phase UPS for shrimp classification system of Minh Phu Hau Giang factory.
With Minh Phu Hau Giang factory, the use of solution 3-phase UPS for the shrimp sorting machine would help exploit non-defective shrimp, thereby upgrading operational efficiency of the whole system. Once the system is maintained stable performance, the quality and productivity of the input and output products is also ensured.
