Thứ sáu, 01/12/2017

At the working session, the company promised to implement the project within just three months of securing an investment licence but wanted to gain more information concerning the administrative procedures for a solar project.

Binh Phuoc Vice Chairwoman Huynh Thi Hang said that with regards to solar projects, the relevant dossiers must be completed and submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), which is responsible for approving the solar energy development plan in the province.

In addition, a solar project with an output below 50 megawatts is subject to the approval of the MOIT while one with a larger capacity requires the Prime Minister’s approval.

However, Binh Phuoc province is committed to creating the most favourable conditions for investors to complete their projects.

According to Binh Phuoc Director of Industry and Trade Nguyen Anh Hoang, Binh Phuoc is one of the Vietnamese provinces that receives the most thermal radiation from the sun and has the longest duration of sunshine, ideal for solar energy projects.
