At the same time, the Transerco will prepare for participating in the bus-route bidding in the fourth quarter of 2018 as well as continue to research on steel-framed multi story parking structure investment at Ngoc Ha, Phuong Mai, Linh Dam car parks and the registration station project in Tay Ho district.
Besides, the Transerco will bring about solutions to highlighting the image, technology, service quality and making a clear change in the quality of services at Transerco's bus stations and public car parks contributing to ensuring the order and civilization of Hanoi capital.
According to Transerco, at the end of the third quarter of 2018, Transerco experienced a growth in the number of passengers, the sales of monthly passes increased by 6.6% and the figure of all types of tickets raised by 5.4% compared to the same period last year. The bus operation and service quality were well controlled.
In the coming time, the Transerco continues to monitor the process of piloting the electronic bus ticketing system on the BRT 01 (Kim Ma-Yen Nghia) to ensure that it will not impact the service quality, bus ticket sales and strives expand its application throughout the whole bus network.
