Save to stabilize production and sales

Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC leaders said, in 2015 rubber prices low, but in many sync solutions, along with the solidarity on the lower one, the company has implemented plans to achieve production and business. Regarding production, the company has exploited 18 355 tonnes of latex, reaching 104% of the plan; purchasing 11,100 tons; 29 034 tons of latex processing of all kinds; 28 621 tons of latex consumption of finished products. With an average price of 31.45 million/ ton, last year the company had total revenue of 1,097 billion remittance to the State budget more than 120 billion, profits of over 150 billion.

In 2015, company executives continued to launch the movement in workers. In particular, the company has done to both reduce the cost of cleaner production, ensuring the hygiene and the environment, contributing to the company completed the implementation of the plan.

Regarding the cleaner production, as well as in previous years, in 2015, the Industry Promotion Center continue to perform survey work, environmental assessments of the company and propose new cleaner production methods. Overall, the company has implemented several programs to save energy and cleaner production in the previous period. But now, the working environment was wet. In latex concentrate plants, smells very high NH3. The company has no forced ventilation measures in this area. Waste water treatment system on site rubber factory is not yet effective. Burning fuel to heat for the drying process is a little rubber from Biomass incinerator. The concentration of pollutants in exhaust gases are within the permissible limits corresponding waste. At the same time, the system also applies Biomass incinerator measures to collect and treat waste gas".

Implementation of cleaner production on a large scale

In the near future, the company will be implementing the following tasks: organizing training courses to raise awareness throughout the company cleaner production, perform routine maintenance machinery and equipment, operating plan for the additional assessment activities, in order to better define the opportunities of cleaner production were analyzed. 

Mr. Nguyen Giap, Industry Promotion Center, said the evaluation activities in 2016 supplemented by CTCPCSPH include: Measuring productivity determine their energy use for drying rubber, emission measurements to determine the effect of kiln fuel combustion, measured concentrations of COD, BOD 5, SS in the effluent water of the stages to determine pollutant load in stages, thereby building the appropriate mitigation measures, planning for the implementation of the solution at no cost, low cost. 

With investment solutions low cost or no cost analyzes and plans implemented during the first 6 months of 2016 are as follows: Lower the nozzle height and perform regular maintenance equipment. 

Through rapid assessment, Industry Promotion Center has offered Phuoc Hoa rubber JSC make a list of activities necessary for the monitoring and maintenance of cleaner production solutions, to implement monitoring activities, maintenance of CP options, with job content needs to be done: Establishing the team of the company, regularly check the master clock, the clock branches and organizations implementing cleaner production notes, aggregating data, reports, and taken up leadership weekly bulletin.

Giap also proposed training activities CP: To organize basic training on CP for all staff in the company, advanced training on a number of new techniques in the implementation of CP applied to industry typical manufacturing company.
