In the period 2011-2015, the work of cleaner production in the province of Ha Tinh had many positive results. According to statistics from the end of 2015, with 25% of industrial production facilities was common knowledge on cleaner production, 25% of industrial production facilities CP application. However, the implementation process, there are some limitations such as: Base rate is common knowledge on cleaner production was low (25%) while the number of industrial establishments producing rapid development, budget support implementation of the plan is not guaranteed, most of the industrial production base no cleaner parts on demand ...

In the period 2016-2020, the province issued a plan of action for the new phase of the CP to suit Cleaner Production in Industry Strategy 2020 of the Prime Minister for approval, in order to develop appropriate policies to budget support program for cleaner production levels in industry, rational use and efficiency of resources, encouragement and technical support for the application of cleaner production facilities.

Specific objectives of the Plan 2020 are:

- 90% of industrial production facilities in the province are popular the basic content of Cleaner Production in Industry

- 60% of industrial production establishments aware of the benefits of the application of cleaner production in industry

- 50% of industrial production establishments apply cleaner production and industrial production facilities CP application will save 7-10% of energy consumption, raw materials, fuel and materials per unit of production Products

- 60% of medium and large enterprises with specialized parts cleaner.

The tasks that the proposed plan include:

1) Continue to raise the awareness and capability of industrial application of cleaner production through dissemination, training activities, training and capacity building in the industrial application of cleaner production

2) Continue to carry out technical assistance on cleaner production application in the industrial production facilities to enhance research capacity initiative, CP application of industrial production facilities

3) Build a network of organizations to support cleaner production in industry

4) Operating data base of Cleaner Production in Industry

5) Improving the mechanisms and policies to promote the application of cleaner production in industry; households held preliminary recommendations, summarized

Funding sources for implementation of the Plan is 12,550 billion to be raised from the industrial manufacturing base and provincial budgets.
