Thanh Hoa provides funds for industry promotion, energy saving

The Thanh Hoa Province People’s Committee recently adopted almost VND6.84 billion worth of funds for local industry promotion and energy efficiency programs for this year.
The Thanh Hoa Province People’s Committee recently adopted almost VND6.84 billion worth of funds for local industry promotion and energy efficiency programs for this year.
Specifically, the province would provide almost VND3.33 billion for the local industry promotion program including VND1.9 billion for applying modern equipment in industrial production and handicrafts and VND339 million for organizing a fair on northern outstanding rural industrial products.
The energy conservation and efficiency program would include encouraging families to save power (costing VND143.6 million) and building biogas cooking and power generation systems for 18 livestock breeding households in five districts of Yen Dinh, Cam Thuy, Ngoc Lac, Tinh Gia and Hau Loc (costing VND402 million)./.
